HABITAT HELPERS project includes:• 2 hours of in-home consultation with our Construction Manager, to determine the project scope and plans.• 8 hours of project support from the Habitat construction team, staff, and our Hammer & Saw crew!• Special Bonus: Habitat cheer, more puns than you can swing a hammer at, and the option to work alongside our experienced crew. Learn some tips and tricks that will help you with your next project!
Additional Parameters:• We will help create the plan and shopping list, but the winner is responsible for material costs and permits if necessary.• Project scope must be agreed on between winner and Habitat. A one-day project may include one moderate project (shed building, hardwood floor installation, exterior painting with no prep, etc) or a few smaller maintenance/repair projects (doors that stick, new door knobs, interior trim, etc).• Project size should be under 2,000 square feet.• Project location must be within 25 miles of the City of Rochester.
