Making The Hard Part Easy
The ‘change’ can be the most difficult part of life, but it doesn’t have to be
There are many reasons to make changes, but actually making a change has to be worth the effort. Sometimes the actual process of the change can be a massive challenge alone. And this can be especially true for nonprofit software systems.
Often you encounter special fees for training, complex systems to learn, and a convoluted records process. A person will need to make it his or her job alone to keep up with the new complex software, and if that person is out or on vacation, it can hamper the entire team.
But it doesn’t need to be this way.
Giveffect was designed directly to solve these issues to serve a nonprofit team, not be an albatross.
Giveffect is guided by experts and designed to be an easy to transition process to allow you to get to work as fast as possible.
Let’s take a closer look at the change process when you decide to join Giveffect
After you officially commit, we will establish a timeline with your team and tailored to you and the size of your organization. Then the main two processes start, Data Migration and Basic Onboarding.
Onboarding consists of a set of five sessions where we teach you how to use the ten systems of Giveffect and how they work together. (See graphic below for more details).
Data Migration involves five stages where your data is uploaded, analyzed, then checked and rechecked for accuracy. Depending on the number of files and the state of the files, this phase can take longer for some nonprofits. But we handle the heavy lifting.
After the five stages of both processes are complete to the satisfaction of the client, all that’s left is to “Go Live” and start enjoying your more efficient system.
