22 Miles in 22 Days for the 22 Fallen Veterans
A group fundraising campaign for Stop Soldier Suicide.
About This Campaign
A report ran by the Department of Veterans Affairs estimates that twenty-two American veterans commit suicide a day due to the effects of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Depression. We would like to honor our fallen patriots by creating a physical challenge, running one mile every day for twenty-two consecutive days representing the twenty-two that lost their battle to these mental health issues. The 22 for 22 challenge will take place September 4th- 26th, and is designed to help raise awareness for this cause.

Campaign to Support Stop Soldier Suicide
Help us end Veteran suicide.
Stop Soldier Suicide is the first national Veteran-founded and led non-profit relentlessly dedicated to the epidemic of - and cure for - suicide among Service Members.
We understand the problems and issues of Military suicide are too complex for a single answer. Our skilled Case Managers find the right solution for each person.
And it's not a single conversation. We follow up over a two year period help as long as is needed.
Our evidenced-based approach makes us truly unique.
And our mission is simple:
We offer empowerment to those who have served and are serving still.
