The holiday season is just around the corner, and we invite you to kick it off with us on Giving Tuesday, November 30, 2021! Though the pandemic has been hard on every facet of life, NSO’s dedication to its mission to promote equity and bridge gaps has not wavered. That is why we are celebrating this Giving Tuesday, to show our supporters we’re still here, still helping and still serving our community.

Neighborhood Service Organization (NSO) has served our most fragile neighbors in the metropolitan Detroit community since 1955. NSO was established as a health and human service agency focused on “being within reach” through accessible programs designed to strengthen and empower individuals in their communities, support families, and help those in need. We facilitate dreams by promoting equity for all, using innovative solutions to bridge gaps in housing, health, and well-being. NSO provides critical assistance to children, youth, adults, seniors and families including those with developmental or intellectual disabilities, metal illnesses and housing insecurity at 8 locations in Wayne and Oakland counties

To add to the excitement this year, MGM Detroit will match qualifying online donations made to NSO on Giving Tuesday between 12:00am and 11:59pm, to help support our healthy housing and well-being initiatives.

Tell your friends and family, mark your calendars, and stay tuned for more details!
