2016 John Walson Jr. Memorial Open

About This Campaign

On Monday, September 26, 2016 community and business leaders are gathering for the annual Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lehigh Valley 2016 John Walson Jr. Memorial Open at Lehigh Country Club. We are proud to announce Jim Martin, Lehigh County District Attorney, as our Honorary Chair this year.

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lehigh Valley provides children in need, families and communities who are facing adversity with caring mentors who help provide individual guidance and support. For the past four years, all funds raised have directly benefited the needs of children we serve by providing them a better foundation for success by providing educational and life guidance. Your financial support allows us to provide careful screening and matching of volunteers with our children and the ongoing professional management needed to keep the mentoring relationships growing.

By supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters you are making our community stronger. We serve children who face adversity, those of single low income or incarcerated parents. Their families seek our support to help the kids beat the odds. We find that breaking negative cycles makes a real difference to hundreds of children here in the Lehigh Valley.
In the center of all we do are the children we serve. Let’s start something big… together we can make a difference.

Campaign to Support [NOT USED] Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lehigh Valley

Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Lehigh Valley provides children in need, families and communities who are facing adversity with caring mentors who help provide individual guidance and support. We do this by giving them a better foundation for success by providing educational and life guidance through our community and site-based mentoring programs. As a donor and volunteer driven organization, the financial support of our community is immensely important to the success of our mission and programs. We serve children who face challenges on a daily basis and those of single income or incarcerated parents. Their families seek our support to help the kids beat the odds. In the center of all we do are the children we serve. Let’s start something big…together we can make a difference.
