Garcia Family Build

Garcia Family Build

About This Campaign

To begin with, we want to express our gratitude for the opportunity to have our family dream become reality. We have always lived in an apartment. Our children were raised in an apartment and as they are now grown need their own space. To have a space that is safe to live will be unlike the unsafe place we live now. When Habitat for Humanity gave us the fantastic news that our family had been selected to receive (buy) a Habitat House, we were so happy because our kids get their own space and no one will have to worry about going outside to play.

Our goal is to live better, where we don’t have to worry about crime. We will be involved with Habitat building the homes of other families as they in turn help us build our home.

From the bottom of our hearts we thank Habitat for Humanity and all those who will help build our house – you are fulfilling the dreams of the poor.

A Thousand Thank You’s,
Garcia Family

Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity

Campaign to Support Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity

Greater Green Bay Habitat for Humanity is part of a global, nonprofit housing organization operated on Christian principles that seeks to put God’s love into action by building homes, communities and hope. GGBHFH is dedicated to eliminating substandard housing locally and worldwide through constructing, rehabilitating and preserving homes; by advocating for fair and just housing policies; and by providing training and access to resources to help families improve their shelter conditions. Habitat for Humanity was founded on the conviction that every man, woman and child should have a simple, durable place to live in dignity and safety, and that decent shelter in decent communities should be a matter of conscience and action for all.
