The Next Generation of Camp Triumph

About This Campaign

What We Do: We are a residential program for children, from across Canada, who have a parent or sibling with a serious and potentially, terminal condition. For 10 years now, Camp Triumph has been the only summer camp of its kind. Living in such a family often means these children can rarely be the focus of attention. They live with the fear or reality of losing a parent or sibling, miss out on opportunities and face a lot of stress and competing emotions. When they participate in Camp Triumph, they get a respite from the demands of challenging life situations, have fun, participate in many new activities, and forge friendships with those who can truly understand. We recognize the great need these children have for our camp and we have offered it to more than 1,500 children free of charge. But, there are still thousands of children across Canada who would benefit from Camp Triumph. Our Goal: From the start we have been working to offer sessions spanning the entire summer, spring, and fall - from our current offering capacity of 280 campers to more than 700 and further develop our programming. Your support will help us get there! The need is there. Please help us strive to provide this unique oasis to more than double the number of children we do now. The following are donation amount suggestions only, but feel free to give any amount you can. $20 = Buys a T-shirt for a camper, a cherished keepsake $100 = Helps to pay for equipment than enrich the experience $500 = Sends a kid to camp $750 = Helps improve and maintain our facilities $1000 = Helps provide delicious and nutritious meals $2000 = Helps hire much needed staff More than $2000 = A significant contribution to advancing the cause and helping us reach our goal.

Campaign to Support Camp Triumph

Residential summer camp for children who have a parent or sibling with a chronic illness or disability. Registered charity serving children from across Canada. We provide an oasis for a previously unserved population from the stress and worry at home in a nurturing and empowering environment.
