WORLD LITERACY CANADA- Sally Swenson Scholarship Project
World Literacy Canada's Sally Swenson Scholarship Project makes a difference in the lives of hundreds of Indian children living in poverty. Each scholarship of $300 annually covers the costs of school tuition fees, books, school supplies, transportation, after- school tutoring, and opportunities to participate in special events throughout the year.
BECOME A SPONSOR!
Despite the obstacles of poverty, the children who receive a Sally Swenson Scholarship are eager to learn and work towards the future. Your donation of less than $1 per day makes their participation in the program possible.
Currently, approx. 200 promising students living in poverty are enrolled in the program. Our goal is to raise $15,000 to send 50 children in India to school.
