Oaks of Hebron provides an array of services to support and enhance the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. Oaks provides Supported Living Services for adults so that they can live as independently and integrated as possible in their local community. Oaks provides an Adult Development Program with a focus on vegetable farming. Individuals learn plant propagation, cultivation, harvesting and selling.Oaks provides a regular schedule of recreational and social activities to allow individuals to enjoy the many cultural and recreational opportunities in their community.

Oaks of Hebron provides a variety of services for adults with special needs.
We serve 125 individuals through our programs.
Supported and Independent Living Services meet the needs of individuals who live on their own or with 1 or 2 housemates in apartments and homes throughout Sonoma County.  Oaks provides an array of supports such as financial management, shopping, cooking, housekeeping and, acquiring medical services for these folks.
Growing Together Farm is a day program for a group of individuals who work together growing and selling vegetables, fruit and flowers.  In addition we provide the transportation so that these folks can attend the program each day.
Tailored Day Service is an individualized program to assist our clients to obtain part-time jobs, volunteer opportunities and, education.
Recreational Activities are organized year round to allow our clients to engage in social interaction with their peers and attend a variety of enriching and entertaining experiences.  Day trips to cultural and sporting events as well as overnight trips to destinations in and around California are all a part of the recreation schedule.  Oaks partners with other venues to provide discounted and free admission to many of these events.

The funds to operate our services and programs are provided through the California Department of Developmental Services which enlists 21 geographic Regional Centers around the state that provide case management services.  Oaks contracts with North Bay Regional Center to provide the day to day services.
The revenue that is provided for Oaks day to day services is only adequate to maintain the staff of caregivers, program assistants, caseworkers and, administrators at a modest level.  Each year there are additional costs for vehicle maintenance and replacement, computer technology and recreation staff that are not adequately reimbursed by the state.
