EVAH Kitchener's Microloan Program

A fundraising campaign for Animalert.

East Village Animal Hospital is celebrating over a year in Kitchener! We are just getting going and establishing a base in this new community, and need donations to build up our much-used low income microloan program for diagnostics.

Money from the microloan for diagnostics program goes towards helping the most vulnerable members of our community pay for much needed veterinary assistance. In order to treat an illness it must first be diagnosed, and often tests are the hurdle stopping families from getting medications and care for their companion animals. Without the microloan program many families would not be able to ensure their pet's health.

We need your help! All donations, big and small, are very welcome and truly appreciated. Every penny is put in to our interest free microloan program and used to give a hand UP to clients desperate to save their much loved companion.

In Support of Animalert

Animalert was founded in London, Ontario, Canada in 1977, to help animals in need; we focus on three main areas: Adoption, Education, and Spaying/Neutering. We now have about 35 active members, plus our large network of volunteers, which helps us spread the word about our adoption program and raise funds. We are able to place about 250 cats and dogs a year into responsible, loving homes. Not bad for a volunteer group, but we'd like to do better and with your help, we can! We also partner with PAWS and EVAH and their community partners in London, to help raise funds and awareness for the care of pets belonging to low income families as well as at-risk citizens.
