Tomorrow is the first day of camp! While UniCamp programs focus on the UCLA student volunteer and camper experiences, there are many opportunities to visit Camp River Glen and see for yourself what "Woodsey Magic" really is.
Family Camp Weekend (July 5-7)
 

Breaking from our traditional camp model, UCLA UniCamp invites families to enjoy a quick respite from the city…

Pack some old clothes, grab a sleeping bag, put the family in the car, and join us for another amazing weekend at Camp River Glen. Hosted by UCLA UniCamp and its student volunteers, Family Weekend is a chance to get away from the busy city, relax in nature, breathe fresh air, and share a camp experience with your family. UCLA UniCamp volunteers will staff program amenities of the campsite as you and your family can experience a traditional camp experience.

Adults: $50 | Children and youth under 18: Free

Volunteer Staff

Get away from the city and come up to Camp River Glen this summer to help out our summer staff. Every day is different, but tasks will generally include helping in the kitchen, small maintenance tasks, and anything needed to make sure our campers are having a great time!

You're welcome to come for a few hours or stay for a week. Sign up so we make sure we have food and a bunk ready for you.

Camp Closing Weekend

Closing out the 85th year of UniCamp, this weekend will be packed with hard work sprinkled with camp stories, playful games, and s'mores over campfires. It is a way to enjoy the last weekend at Camp River Glen in a casual setting surrounded by old and new Woodseys. Tasks involve shutting down Camp River Glen operations for the season.
