A team fundraising campaign for UCLA UniCamp
A Message From Saumya Shah (Special K)
Dear family and friends,
This is my second year volunteering with Unicamp and I can't be more excited to contribute so much of my time and efforts to this cause.
If you don't know, Unicamp is the official UCLA charity that has hundreds of UCLA volunteers who fundraise and train for 100+ hours each year to take kids from underprivileged areas of Los Angeles up to Big Bear for a week of camp. We are going into the 81st year of camp and have new themes this year that are going to encourage the kids to gain confidence, learn leadership skills, prepare for college readiness, etc. I am part of the ANTI-BULLYING and TOLERANCE session this year and would love to get your help in being able to send a child to camp!
It costs about $600 to send a single child to camp and thus, my goal is to fundraise $480 so that the cost of camp can be significantly subsidized for the underprivileged families.
Anything you can contribute will help tremendously! Thank you so much in advance for helping me help this cause. :)

About This Campaign
All proceeds from this event go towards sending under-served youth to camp this summer. The student’s goal this year is to raise $290,000. This will help UCLA UniCamp give over 1,300 campers a summer camping experience.
Join us in this great cause. UCLA UniCamp is a tradition at UCLA that is entering its 80th summer of camp. Every year there are hundreds of under-served children that may not be dreaming of a bright future. Help us provide these kids with the tools to change their stars and give them the chance to dream big and succeed. Thank you in advance for your interest and your contribution.
