Please join us for our fourth annual  Bold and Cold 5k at Coronation Park on Saturday November 23rd! This event is in support of the Team Unbreakable Run for Youth Mental Health program in Toronto, and is open to any and all interested community members.

This years Bold and Cold will begin/end in the field next to the b-ball diamonds in Coronation Park. The run is still an out and back along the Martin Goodman Trail, heading west and then dipping back east towards Coronation Park. Review below for revised map!

Race kits are picked up the day of the event. Kit pick up begins promptly at 8 am. The guided warm up will begin at 9:15 am. The race starts at 9:30 am. Bag/Coat check is at the registration table.  

All participants receive an official Team Unbreakable winter hat, finishers medal, and breakfast.

The Unbreakable Run Program delivers health promotion, therapy, and physical health for mental health tools to thousands of youth aged participants across the province.
