Add up your scores from all 12 questions. Maximum possible = 60 points
- 48–60: You’re on track and well-positioned to finish the year strong. Keep optimizing.
- 36–47: You’re making good progress, but there’s room to strengthen systems and strategy.
- Below 36: This is the moment to pause, realign, and set your team up for a stronger second half.
