Social Media and Content Marketing

In this role, you will responsible for creating content relevant to the nonprofit sector. You will maintain our social media channels with a steady stream of Tweets/posts, as well as writing blog posts and other Marketing assets. Content should creatively market our brand using client testimonials, product features, case-studies, and other relevant nonprofit news.

We’re looking for an experienced, content marketing lead with a successful track record of building and executing on content-driven strategies. Responsibilities/You will
  • Write all manner of brand communications content, from newsletter content, blog posts, social media, sales materials, press releases, and more.
  • Create, handle, and own a monthly social content calendar to deliver optimized content for each platform.
  • Execute social media strategy on social channels, which include scheduling, posting, and tracking.
  • Stay on top of the latest social trends, new platform features, and best practices across all social platforms and other and new media platforms.
  • Execute and deliver a fast and qualitative solution to incoming requests from key partners.
  • Provide insights on what is working and what is not, to make content recommendations and action learnings in real-time.
  • Assist in the establishment of social media benchmarks and KPIs; track and report on data/metrics to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Lead brand focused online community management.
  • Monitor and respond to community feedback to help grow fan bases.
  • Manage the strategy and execution of compelling content marketing campaigns across the entire customer journey. From email to social media, short-form videos to webinars, website copy to long-form content, you’ll develop our content campaigns from start to finish.
  • Define and manage our target audience segmentation. As someone with a passion for details and empathy, you will segment our audiences based on a core understanding of their pain points and needs and understanding of the content and channels each prefer to engage with.
  • Collaborate with sales and client support teams to develop messaging and tell stories that resonate with audiences.
  • Create and manage the project management tracker and editorial calendar of all marketing initiatives, including but not limited to blog posts, press releases, webinars, social media posts, client case studies, one sheets, and videos.
  • Report on key performance metrics, measuring the success of all marketing initiatives and make recommendations for future initiatives based on performance analysis.
  • Create email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.

Responsibilities/You will

This is a very call heavy role but does not require former cold-calling experience. Nonprofit annd/or cold calling background is a plus. Client Success Representative

The Client Success Representative is responsible for new client on-boarding, training, existing client up-sell and responding to and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner for highly customizable Giveffect products. The primary functions of the Client Success Representative role includes new client on-boarding, triaging system issues, collaborating internally to ensure items are resolved with the highest quality, and providing cause and resolution details to customers. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent written communication, good escelation manamgenent, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

In this role, you will:
  • Work with nonprofit customers for end-to-end new client on-boarding support.
  • Work directly with customers to troubleshoot, research, and resolve questions and issues within our products; Collaborate with other associates and resources required to resolve issues.
  • Respond to new tickets with an initial response and attempt to resolve on the first contact.
  • Serve as key communication point for issues assigned and work to resolve complex issues while providing system knowledge and expertise; Consistently provide status updates for active issues for both the customer and internal associates.
  • Provide training and webinar course support.
  • Author Knowledgebase content to publish or edit existing Knowledgebase solutions.

Data Migration Analyst

The Nonprofit Data Migration Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and migrating data from multiple sources into the Giveffect Database.

This may include the need to design, write, and/or execute ad-hoc functions, scripts, and processes that are required to transform datasets in Excel and CSV.

The Ideal candidate will learn our process for data collection, implementation, and will help improve our strategy. We are seeking a person that is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, data gathering, and data entry. . Their responsibilities will include communicating with clients to gather data, entering data in database platform, and producing reports from said data. We believe that data integrity is a key factor in producing quality reporting and analysis, that is why attention to detail and organization are key skills needed to properly perform in this position.

In this role, you will:
  • Work with nonprofit customers in gathering business requirements for data migration needs.
  • Assist in designing, planning and managing the data migration process.
  • Work with subject matter experts and project team to identify, define, collate, document and communicate the data migration requirements.
  • Prepare data migration plans including migration risk, milestones, quality and business sign-off details.
  • Manage assigned risks and monitor potential impacts as part of the data migration plan.
  • Develop best practice, processes, and standards for effectively carrying out data migration activities.

In this role, you will be in charge of recruiting support, general HR and office management duties, and organizing special events. The successful candidate must be able to balance many different tasks simultaneously with attention to detail, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication, organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of and experience with the hiring process, hiring platforms, recruiting experience and organizing events are essential.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage hiring: You will streamline, filter applicants, setup interviews, conduct first round interviews, manage job fairs etc.
  • Post Jobs: You will manage our online and offline job postings. You will create and edit job postings.
  • Host Events: You will manage office events and ensure supplies for events are always prepared and ordered.
