  • Think like a marketer, balancing creativity with serious analytical chops. You love coming up with new great ideas but know ideas are only great if they are executed. For every initiative, you define what success looks like, making it happen, and reporting on what can be learned from the results.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail and have high standards of quality on all work produced.
  • Be a fast learner, self-starter and require minimal supervision. If you don’t know how to do something, you know how to troubleshoot your way through it.
  • Approach every task with the same passion, empathy, and curiosity.
  • Thrive in an environment where the pace is quick; collaboration, autonomy, and creativity are essential; goals are shared; and passion, commitment, and hard work are needed to effectively transform visions and concepts into realities and results.

  • Lead brand focused online community management.
  • Monitor and respond to community feedback to help grow fan bases.
  • Manage the strategy and execution of compelling content marketing campaigns across the entire customer journey. From email to social media, short-form videos to webinars, website copy to long-form content, you’ll develop our content campaigns from start to finish.
  • Define and manage our target audience segmentation. As someone with a passion for details and empathy, you will segment our audiences based on a core understanding of their pain points and needs and understanding of the content and channels each prefer to engage with.
  • Collaborate with sales and client support teams to develop messaging and tell stories that resonate with audiences.
  • Create and manage the project management tracker and editorial calendar of all marketing initiatives, including but not limited to blog posts, press releases, webinars, social media posts, client case studies, one sheets, and videos.
